होशियारपुर, (PNL) : पंजाब में ‘विकास क्रांति’ के लामिसाल युग की शुरूआत करते हुए पंजाब के मुख्य मंत्री भगवंत सिंह मान और दिल्ली के मुख्य मंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने होशियारपुर के लोगों को 867 करोड़ रुपए के विकास प्रोजैक्टों के उद्घाटन और नींव पत्थर रखते समय ऐलान कर बड़ा तोहफ़ा दिया। इस दौरान केजरीवाल ने कहा कि शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में पंजाब में बहुत काम हुआ है…उत्कृष्ट स्कूल बनाए जा रहे हैं। अमृतसर में एक सरकारी स्कूल बनाया गया है। ऐसा ही स्कूल होशियारपुर में बनाया जा रहा है… अब गरीबों, किसानों और मजदूरों के बच्चे बड़े स्कूलों में पढ़ेंगे। केजरीवाल ने कहा कि आप ही एकमात्र पार्टी है जो कहती है कि हमें वोट दो, हम आपके बच्चों को अच्छी शिक्षा देंगे।
दोनों नेताओं ने 550 करोड़ रुपए की लागत से बनने वाले सरकारी मैडीकल कालेज सहित कई प्रोजैक्टों के नींव पत्थर रखे। शहीद उधम सिंह के नाम पर बनने वाले इस कालेज में एम.बी.बी.एस. की 100 सीटें होंगी और इसमें राष्ट्रीय मैडीकल कमिश्न यू.जी.-एम.एस.आर.-2023 के अंतर्गत 420 बिस्तर वाला अस्पताल अपेक्षित होगा। दोनों मुख्य मंत्रियों ने गाँव खुरालगढ़ में श्री गुरु रविदास जी मैमोरियल और आडीटोरियम एंव ओपन थियेटर भी लोगों को समर्पित किया।
दोनों मुख्य मंत्रियों ने कहा कि 148 करोड़ रुपए की लागत से तैयार यह प्रोजैक्ट लोगो को श्री गुरु रविदास जी महाराज के जीवन और फलसफे के बारे में अवगत करवाने में सहायक होगा। इस दौरान दोनों नेताओं ने 30. 82 करोड़ रुपए की लागत के साथ गाँव बजवाड़ा और किला भैरों में बनने वाले सीवरेज प्रोजैक्ट का नींव पत्थर भी रखा। उन्होंने होशियारपुर में फ़र्द केंद्र के साथ तहसील इमारत के निर्माण का भी नींव पत्थर रखा, जिस पर 5. 29 करोड़ रुपए की लागत आएगी।
इस इमारत में एस.डी.एम. दफ्तर, एस.डी.एम. अदालत, तहसील दफ़्तर, तहसीलदार अदालत, सब रजिस्ट्रेशन दफ़्तर, कैंटीन, वेटिंग एरिया, मीटिंग रूम, फ़र्द केंद्र, रिकार्ड रूम और अन्य सुविधाएं होंगी। इसी तरह मोहल्ला कच्चा टोबा, न्यू शांति नगर, प्रेमगढ़, न्यू बैंक कालोनी और बूथगढ़ निवासियों को पीने वाले पानी की निर्विघ्न स्पलाई के लिए 1. 94 करोड़ रुपए के प्रोजैक्टों का नींव पत्थर भी रखा गया। दोनों नेताओं ने बालापीर रोड, टांडा रोड से मुख्य सड़क बेगोवाल के निर्माण और बेगोवाल शहर में दोनों तरफ़ इंटरलाकिंग टायलें लगाने के प्रोजैक्ट का भी नींव पत्थर रखा, जिस पर 1. 52 करोड़ रुपए की लागत आएगी।
इसी तरह फगवाड़ा में भी 14 करोड़ रुपए के अलग-अलग विकास कामों का नींव पत्थर रखा गया। गढ़शंकर में 1. 36 करोड़ रुपए की लागत से 100 प्रतिशत वाटर स्पलाई पाईप लाईन बिछाने का नींव पत्थर भी रखा गया, जिससे लोगों को बड़ी राहत मिली है। दोनों मुख्य मंत्रियों ने 22. 68 करोड़ रुपए की लागत से सभी जिलों में खाली पड़ी पंचायती ज़मीनों और चार एकड़ रकबे में खेल मैदानों के निर्माण के लिए एक बड़े प्रोजैक्ट की शुरुआत भी की।
दोनों नेताओं ने हथियारबंद सेना की भर्ती परीक्षा के लिए लड़कों और लड़कियों के प्रशिक्षण के लिए 26. 96 करोड़ रुपए की लागत से बनाए गए एस.बहादर अमी चंद सोनी इंस्टीट्यूट का उद्घाटन भी किया ताकि युवाओं को हथियारबंद सेना में दाख़िला लेने की सुविधा दी जा सके। उन्होंने 5. 75 करोड़ रुपए की लागत के साथ बनाए गए 30 बिस्तरों वाले मदर एंड चाइल्ड अस्पताल विंग के लिए नई इमारत भी समर्पित की। दोनों मुख्य मंत्रियों ने गढ़शंकर में 0. 80 करोड़ की लागत से हाल ही में अपग्रेड किया सब डिवीज़न अस्पताल भी लोगों को समर्पित किया।
इसी तरह माहिलपुर में नए बने आम आदमी क्लीनिक को भी दोनों मुख्य मंत्रियों द्वारा लोगों को समर्पित किया गया। उन्होंने कहा कि 0. 5 करोड़ रुपए की लागत से तैयार किया गया यह क्लीनिक लोगों को मानक स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं प्रदान करने में सहायक सिद्ध होगा। दोनों नेताओं ने हरियाणा नगर कौंसिल के लिए 3. 14 करोड़ रुपए की लागत से सीवरेज की सुविधा देने का भी ऐलान किया।
दोनों मुख्य मंत्रियों ने 500 व्यक्तियों की सामर्थ्य वाला मल्टीपर्पज़ हाल भी दसूहा के लोगों को समर्पित किया, जहाँ लोग कम कीमत पर विवाह, समागम, सभा, मीटिंग और अन्य काम कर सकेंगे। यह प्रोजैक्ट 1. 42 करोड़ रुपए की लागत से पूरा किया गया है। इसी तरह जल स्पलाई योजना के लिए 100 करोड़ रुपए की लागत आई है। कालोवाल और मीरपुर कोटली के लोगों को 1. 59 करोड़ रुपए की लागत वाले ट्यूबवैल, सिविल वर्क और ओ.एच.एस.आर प्रोजैक्ट तोहफ़े के तौर पर दिए गए है। टाहली और बघौरा (चब्बेवाल) के लोगों को क्रमअनुसार 0. 15 करोड़ और 0. 20 करोड़ रुपए की लागत से नए ट्यूबवैल का तोहफ़ा दिया गया।
लोगों को पीने योग्य पीने वाले पानी की स्पलाई को यकीनी बनाने के लिए दोनों मुख मंत्रियों ने मुकेरियाँ के सीबो चैक, भोजपुर, अब्दुल्लापुर और कालू चांग गाँवों के निवासियों को 1. 85 करोड़ रुपए की लागत के साथ ट्यूबवैल, सिविल वर्क और ओ.एच.एस.आर सहित जल स्पलाई योजना का तोहफ़ा भी दिया। उन्होंने ढिल्लवां शहर में 1. 53 करोड़ रुपए और नडाला शहर में 1. 18 करोड़ रुपए के विकास कार्यों और एन.पी.भुलत्थ में नए बने क्लस्टर फायर ब्रिगेड दफ़्तर का उद्घाटन किया। जो कि 0. 45 करोड़ रुपए की लागत से अन्य पड़ोसी यू.एल.बीज नडाला, ढिल्लवां और बेगोवाल को और 1 करोड़ रुपए की लागत से नडाला, ढिल्लवां, भुलत्थ और बेगोवाल के आम आदमी कलीनिकों को जोड़ेगा।
दोनों मुख्य मंत्रियों ने होशियारपुर के लाजवंती आउटडोर स्टेडियम में आठ लेन अथलैटिकस सिंथेटिक ट्रैक और सरकारी कालेज, टांडा में 6-6 करोड़ रुपए की लागत से आठ लेन अथलैटिकस सिंथेटिक ट्रैक बनाने की योजना का भी ऐलान किया। उन्होंने होशियारपुर में 6. 77 करोड़ की लागत से ज़िला अस्पताल की इमारत की मुरम्मत और नवीनीकरण का भी ऐलान किया। इसी तरह उन्होंने कम्युनिटी हैल्थ सैंटर गढ़दीवाला को 8. 05 करोड़ रुपए की लागत से अपग्रेड करने, सी.एच.सी टांडा को 2. 40 करोड़ रुपए की लागत से अपग्रेड करने और सी.एच.सी बुढाबाद को 2.26 करोड़ रुपए की लागत से अपग्रेड करने का ऐलान भी किया।
दोनों मुख्य मंत्रियों ने यह भी कहा कि टांडा में पाँच करोड़ रुपए की लागत से एस.डी.एम. दफ्तर और अदालत, तहसीलदार दफ़्तर और कचहरी, वेटिंग एरिया, मीटिंग हाल, फ़र्द केंद्र, रिकार्ड रूम और अन्य सुविधाओं के साथ नई तहसील की इमारत बनाई जाएगी। उन्होंने यह भी ऐलान किया कि खरखाण, पिप्पलवाला, बूथगढ़, नारी, सिंघपुर, भाम, ढड्डे कटवाल, हरसा मानसर, अंबाला जट्टा, कोई, झज्ज, कुराला कलाँ, तलवंडी डंडीयां, बाबक, भंबोतर, चमूही, साठवां, संसारपुर, सफदरपुर, तलवाड़ा सिटी, रामगढ़ सीकरी, दारापुर, बहेड़ा, मस्तपुर, मिर्जापुर खडियाला, भागोवाल और माहिलपुर में 6. 96 करोड़ की लागत से आम आदमी क्लीनिक खोले जाएंगे। इसी तरह उन्होंने बताया कि होशियारपुर- 1 भूंगा, टांडा, दसूहा और श्री हरगोबिंदपुर ब्लाकों में नई लाईब्रेरी खोलने पर 2. 56 करोड़ रुपए खर्च किए जाएंगे।
